Appointments

Book online or call us and schedule through our partner, Fresha.

Confirm your appointment by entering your payment information (protected through Fresha’s encrypted cloud database). Ensure that you receive a confirmation email and/or text.

Please be on time for your appointment. Due to our limited space and busy schedule, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their reservation slot and be subject to a no-show charge.


No-Show

There will be a 50% fee for not showing up to your scheduled appointment.

Please be mindful that we’ve set aside that time to pamper you. We are a small shop with limited space and each time slot is precious. We appreciate your understanding.


Late Cancellation

There will be a 20% fee for late cancellations under 2 hours notice.

Life happens and we know things come up. Please give us at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel.

Gift Card

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and valid only for Cozy Nail & Spa products or services. Gift cards/certificates cannot be redeemed for cash nor can we apply gift card balances to gratuity. Please bring cash or tip via Venmo.


Kids’ Services

Our kids’ services are reserved for children 12 years of age and under. Children over the age of 12 will be serviced at full price.


Card Processing Fee

There will be a 4% service charge on all card transactions. For cash payments, the service charge will be waived.
